Mostak Ahamed Imran, who is the first “Play Therapist” in Bangladesh. He is a BAPT (British Association of Play Therapists) registered Play Therapist. He completed M.sc in Educational Psychology from the University of Dhaka and MA in Play Therapy from the University of Roehampton, London. He has a specialization in doing IQ tests and assessments with children.
He is currently working to spread Play Therapy for the disadvantaged children of Bangladesh. He has expertise in module development, conducting workshops, training, and providing counseling sessions to both individuals and groups, especially with children, adolescents, and parents. He has conducted several training sessions on psycho-social support for different groups of participants. In the future, he hopes to work for the betterment of mental health services for the children of Bangladesh. We welcome him with great delight!
